Private AI implementation + advisory

AI for Sports Executives

You do not need another AI course. You do not need a folder full of prompts. And you probably do not have time to spend months testing tools, rebuilding workflows or figuring out which parts of your job AI should actually be helping with.

I work privately with sports executives and senior team leaders to identify where AI can create the most leverage in their day-to-day work, build the systems around those opportunities, and coach them on using AI confidently and effectively.

The goal is simple:
Less repetitive work. Better use of your time. More capacity for the work only you can do.

Make AI genuinely useful in the work you already do.

Time displacement

Your Team May Be Using AI. That Doesn't Mean You're Getting the Value From It.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot can generate something in seconds.

But generating something quickly is not the same as removing work.

If you still have to:
- explain the same context repeatedly
- re-prompt until the output is useful
- rewrite generic language
- verify everything manually
- move information between tools
- reorganize the output
- start from scratch every time

AI may be accelerating one part of the task while moving the work somewhere else.

I think about this as time displacement.

The technology completed part of the task. But did any meaningful work actually disappear? That is the question I care about.

Adoption vs. productivity

AI Adoption Is Not AI Productivity

The goal is not to use more AI.

The goal is to build AI into the work where it can create real leverage.

For a sports executive, that might mean using AI more effectively for:
- executive communication
- meeting preparation and follow-up
- research
- long-document review
- briefing materials
- presentations
- strategic planning
- synthesizing information
- recurring reporting
- idea development
- decision preparation

And just as importantly: knowing where AI should not be making the decision.

Sports Executive AI Intensive

This is a 30-day private engagement designed for sports executives who want AI to make their working week easier without becoming AI experts themselves.

You give me approximately 3.5 hours of your time over the month. I do the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

Together, we identify the highest-leverage opportunities in your work, build a personalized AI environment around them, implement a small number of high-value systems, and refine them based on how they perform in your actual day-to-day.

Investment starts at $7,500 USD.

Private AI implementation + advisory built around the way you actually work.

How it works

01 - 90 minutes

I Learn How You Actually Work

We begin with one 90-minute working session. Rather than asking you to complete a lengthy audit, I walk through your role, recurring work, meetings, communications, planning, documents, current AI usage and the areas that consistently take more time than they should.

The objective is not to find the most impressive AI use cases. It is to find the ones that would actually matter to you.

02 - Behind the scenes

I Build the System

Then I go away and do the work: prioritizing your highest-value AI opportunities, building reusable executive context, configuring the tools you already use, creating structured instructions, repeatable workflows and templates, testing everything and setting quality and human-review rules.

You are not spending your week learning how to build all of this yourself. That is the point.

03 - 60 minutes

We Implement It Together

We meet for a 60-minute implementation session. I walk you through what I built, why I built it that way and how to use it in the situations it was designed for.

The systems are built around your actual work rather than generic AI exercises. Then you simply use them during your normal working week.

04 - The next couple of weeks

I Refine What Happens in the Real World

For the next couple of weeks, you use the systems. If something does not work as expected, we fix it. If a use case emerges that we did not anticipate, we look at it. If the AI produces poor output, we diagnose why.

The goal is not theoretical perfection. It is practical usefulness.

05 - 60 minutes

We finish with a 60-minute optimization session: what is working, what still creates friction, where the systems need refinement, what you can now do faster, and where AI could create additional leverage across your broader team.

By the end, you should have a clear, practical AI system built around your role - not another set of ideas you need to implement later.

We Optimize

Behind the scenes

What I Build Behind the Scenes

You do not need to manage this process. But the work may include:

Executive AI Opportunity Analysis
Where AI has the highest potential to improve how you currently work - and where it is not worth your time.

Personalized Executive AI Context
The reusable context AI needs to understand your role, organization, priorities, audiences, communication preferences, decision criteria and recurring work - so you are not constantly starting from zero.

Executive workflow systems, depending on your work:

Executive Communication
Turn rough thoughts, notes or direction into communication that sounds like you.

Executive Intelligence
Review reports, research topics, prepare briefings and surface what matters.

Meeting & Follow-Up
Turn meetings into decisions, actions, risks and useful follow-up without manually rebuilding everything afterward.

Strategic Thinking
Structure options, assumptions, tradeoffs and next steps while keeping judgment with you.

Document Review
Move from "read all of this" to a structured understanding of key points, gaps, risks and questions.

The systems are selected based on your work. There is no generic curriculum.

What you leave with

Not More AI Information. A Working Setup.

You leave with:
- a personalized AI environment built around your role
- a small number of high-value systems you can actually use
- reusable executive context
- clearer judgment about what AI should and should not handle
- a better process for correcting weak AI output
- more confidence using AI in your real work
- a clear understanding of where AI could create additional leverage next

High-Touch for Me. Low-Touch for You.
This engagement is intentionally designed around the reality that senior sports leaders are busy. Your total scheduled time:

90 minutes - initial working session
60 minutes - implementation session
60 minutes - optimization session
Approximately 3.5 hours total over 30 days.

The analysis, design, setup, testing and refinement happen behind the scenes.

You do not need to become the person responsible for figuring all of this out.

Included

Included in the Intensive

Executive AI Opportunity Map
A clear view of where AI could create the most meaningful leverage in your current work.

Team AI Opportunity Brief
Where I see the strongest AI opportunities across your broader team or department - so you can see where implementation could go next without committing to a larger transformation project upfront.

The Executive Utility Guarantee
If the systems we build are not materially improving how you work by the end of the intensive, I will continue refining them with you at no additional consulting fee until they are.

Investment
The Sports Executive AI Intensive starts at $7,500 USD.

Every engagement is personally designed and implemented around the executive's role, existing tools and highest-value opportunities. Because of the level of hands-on implementation involved, I work with a limited number of private clients at a time.

AI implementation should make your work more useful - not simply more technical.

Who this is for

Built for Senior Leaders in Sports

The Sports Executive AI Intensive is designed for senior leaders in professional sports organizations, leagues, hockey organizations, associations and governing bodies, sports agencies, athlete management companies, sports marketing businesses and other organizations in the sports ecosystem.

Typical participants include presidents, general managers, C-suite executives, vice presidents, directors, department heads, senior team leaders and agency owners.

Where I Start
My deepest operating experience is where sports, marketing, partnerships, client service and digital strategy intersect.

That makes my implementation work particularly well suited to leaders responsible for sponsorship, partnerships, marketing, communications, content, client or partner service, strategy, reporting and research.

As the work expands, broader team and organizational AI implementation can be scoped separately.

You do not need advanced AI knowledge. You may already be using AI regularly and simply know you are not getting as much value from it as you should.

Why me

I Start With the Work

I have worked in sports since 2005 and digital marketing since 2009. My career has included professional hockey, influencer marketing, athlete partnerships, paid media, social strategy and the operational work required to turn ideas into real campaigns, client deliverables and measurable outcomes.

That matters here. The questions I start with:
- What is taking too long?
- What repeats?
- What requires senior judgment?
- Where does information get stuck?
- Where is your team rebuilding the same thing over and over?

Then we determine where AI belongs.

This Is Not Generic AI Training
You will not spend 30 days learning prompt engineering. You will not receive 100 prompts and be expected to figure out what to do with them. And the goal is not to automate every part of your job.

The goal is to use AI intelligently around the work where it can remove friction while preserving the judgment, relationships and decision-making that should remain human.

Need Something Broader?
The Sports Executive AI Intensive is the starting point. For organizations looking at AI more broadly, I also work with leadership teams on department workflow implementation, executive and team coaching, AI opportunity mapping, workflow redesign, practical adoption strategy, team operating standards and organizational AI implementation.

These engagements are scoped separately based on the organization, team and desired outcomes.

I am not approaching AI as a technology looking for somewhere to be used. I start with the work.

AI Should Give You Capacity Back.

That is what we build around.

The question is not whether you can find more ways to use AI. It is whether AI can remove enough repetitive work that you have more time for the work only you can do.
